Eissuing of numbe

Resp. Sir I am using this number (9996265563) from last 2 years. After that i have ported my number (9996265563) from AIRTEL TO IDEA. And it is successfully ported. But due to technical problem of AIRTEL. They reissued this number to another person. Now AIRTEL customer (reissued number) getting outgoing service and i am getting both outgoing and incoming.and all the personal calls of that person are coming to my number and i have complained abt it to airtel distributor and airtel ASM sirsa but they didn't pay attention to me and ignored me many times.
