Egarding deducting money

They are deducting Rs10 on my prepaid account mobile no-7760293850 on 06-03, If i asking customer complaint centre they told that you are activating Air tel radio, but i am not acivate at any day, this not only my complaint, these type of cheeting happen with many others also especialy in villages.
Please advice me regardig this.
