Esclation on request been made sevral times for DND

Hi,

This is bring in the kind notice that i have purchased an Airtel Connection a year back but i have never received any kind of services from their end, because from my phone never 121 is connected and also i made a request for DND service which they highlight as their best feature and also promoting on television on high rate but i have made a request for the same 3 to 4 months ago and my query is not been resolved and also when i tried calling through friends no. then also they disconnect the call every time because of which i m really tensed... i have several times called 198 but no assitance is given...

I request you to pls look into the matter..
