My number is 9994576956 prepaid. On 25th April I have received a msg from 54321 stating"thank you for down loading DLFIPL MUMBAIINDIANS GAME from Airtel. You are charged Rs.99/-." Upon contactingcustomercare service immediately I was given case Id of 0425158252 &0425166331 but with no result. I have not applied for any services at any time. If any such is there, kindly give me my application No. with time and date please. I request you to kindly refund the wrongly deducted amount to me within 24hrs of receipt of this mail. If I dont get refund within the time stipulated, I am prepared to take legal action with damages certain.
