Unauthorised deduction of Rs.99.- asking for refund

My mobile number is 9994576956. I received a SMS on 25th April @16:05hrs stating that I have been charged with Rs.99/- for downloading Mumbai Indians Game from Airtel. I have not applied for any such nonsense. I have contacted Airtel 121#airtelindia.com both through Mobile and online and enquired for refund. But the customercare people were laughing at my complaint. I am now prepared to take the company to the court. Kindly refund the wrongly deducted amount at once or CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND THE balance amount of Rs.865.29P in my prepaid account. I will return the SIM card to the retailer you will name or directly to the company by courier.
