I have an iptv connection in lajpat nagar, new delhi 110024

i have been complaining af a wire break inside my premises. i have requested someone to come over and fix it since 19.02. complaint number 43252954 and again in 22.02. complaint number 43404838. Till ddate no one has appeared to fix it.
