I'm from Guwahatti, after a break i've recently charged my AIRTEL mobile for a month, it worked fine with the charges. after the second recharge for Rs222/- they began to charge me Rs3/- per national SMS. and surprisingly the national call charges were much less at the same time.By the time i've noticed it almost Rs500/- was lost.
I've tried to contact the customer care but its always busy. Now i'm almost planning to quit Airtel.
