Willful wrong deduction_rather LOOT of Rs.480

AIRTEL (All India Racket & Troop of Ectoparasitic Looters) looted my Rs.480/-on 27.3.2011 from main balance of 9954479553 in regard to which series of complaints lodged. In response to my 6th reminder one telephone came today on 30.4.2011 at 1717 hrs from the no. 919717894319 claiming itself a person from corporate office, offered me a charity of Rs100/-in lieu of my genuine Rs.480/-. Initially this offer was of Rs.50/-. In this pattern this charity offer may reach the target of Rs.480/- after 70 th reminder. I wonder how I have been with these people since more than five years? Despite perennial reqests they are not providing the address of their PIO. Any body reading these lines pl suggest how to move to judiciary against this fraud?
