Cheated on full talk time - Rs300

Hi,

The pre-recorded voice message while I dial 121 my offers and the customer care executive informed me that I can avail full talk time on recharge of Rs 300 (irrespective of mode of recharge - ATM, Online, easy recharge etc).

I had recharged using online mode but I did not receive the benefit of full talk time. I had registered a complaint regarding this (complaint Number 31027177159) to avoid refund the resolution they provided me was that the full talk time is not available in online recharge mode.

The guy who registered the complaint agreed that i should get the full talk time and regsitered the complaint.
