Talk time not credited

I recharged my Karnataka airtel for 200/- in Delhion 8th Oct at 8:07 PM. The transaction ID is: 987185799. My telephone number is 9535675707.However to my surprise only Rs 1 talktime was credited to my account. I tried The karnataka helpline 9845098450 for resolution but when the call actually reached the customer care executive, the line was cut repeatedly.

It is sad but the system does not deliver and there is gross deficiency in service and unnecessary wastage of precious time and energey. Does airtel really care about such issues?
