Incorrect billing, Poor services and against disconnection of our phone

We have complained several times to Airtel regarding Incorrect billing, Poor services and against disconnection of our phone yet no action has been taken. We have written to Airtel Nodal officer also but it has been over 15 days and we have still not received reply (our complaint letter courier has been received at Airtel). Our phone is again disconnected (2nd time in last 4 months) causing severe loss to our business.
Kindly advise further steps to take up this matter against Airtel.
