Airtel land line & broadband services
Not availability of service, no phone box (instrument) given till today 5th April 11

Sir,

I have been given airtel land line connection on date 6th of feb. 2011 the phone number is 0771 4084337 BUT till date no phone box has been provided to me inspite of several request I had made with the concerned. Also my broad band has worked only 2to 3 days and after that it became inactive. I had launched a complained for the services - Land line instrument box and internet services. the complaine number is 440109796. I had made follow up calls several times - near about 10 to 15. Still no services has been provided. meantime I received Bill from the airtel It is beyound my understanding how come th bill has come without any service or for unactivated services.

Feeling that in Raipur area the concern tchnicians and officers dont want to provide me any services and give any onsideration I rquested Mr. Santhosh Goenka for disconnect all the service an take out all the equipments from my hose but it seams no one intrested - The only intrest as I felt id sending bill every month.

I REQUEST PLEASE DISCONNECT AIRTEL AGAINST ARUNA BORKAR NAME AND STOP SENDING ME THE BILL. NOW I AM NOT INTRESTED IN ANY OF THE AIRTEL SERVICE.
