I had requested for disconnection of my Airtel landline connection 080-40991186 on 23rd of July. A person from Airtel and took the instrument and asked whether it should be transferred to anyone's name or cancelled. For that we told please cancel the connection.

After few days I get a bill from Airtel saying my connection is shifted to a person called Amruth Kashyap whom I dont know but strangely address remains same.

Many queries to Airtel remain unanswered.

Then in the month of October I get a legal notice from Airtel to fill the bill.
