Unwanted bill

I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for
'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.
I filed a telephonic request to Airtel on 121 for cancellation of
Airtel DSL Connection No. 080 41275739 on June 12.01. & your
executive happened to say that i have to pay the outstanding upto date
of 12.01. which i have done paying the amount by cheque on 12.01
2012 for RS 1619=00 at R.T.nagar Airtel outlet Instead of
disconnecting the phone, they called me exactly 10 times on
mobile no. 9341846464 while making various new offer rather than terminating
the connection. I confirmed it 10 times that I would like to discontinue
with this landline no. 41275739, yet they have calling me for the
Bill with complete
charges monthly charges. I wrote an email and they did not respond to
my email & also i have been to the different outlet for the same.
even today i have received a call from 080 41507247 at 4 pm by name
Radha who happens to say that they will send me a legal notice, i
would like to inform that i should have send u legal notice to harass
a customer, where in related to my bill issue i have visited to your
outlet number of time & each time i get a assurance that they will
sought out this issue with there higher up & get back to me . i would
once again request you please kindly look in to this matter & revert
back . thanking you in the meantime
