DEAR ALL,
I AM HAVING MY AIRTEL LAND LINE BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS AND I AM FACING FREQUENT DISCONNECTION SINCE 5 MONTHS, BECAUSE OF THIS I HAVE LOOSED MY MONEY IN SHARE MARKET WHILE I TRADE ONLINE. EVEN I HAVE COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER-CARE FREQUENTLY NO ONE IS ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT AND I RECEIVE THE MSG THAT MY PROBLEM HAVE SOLVED.I HAVE ALSO INTIMATED TO ALL OTHER SOURCES, BUT IN VAIN. FINALLY I SENT A MAIL THAT I WILL NOT PAY MY BILL TILL IT IS BEEN RESOLVED, THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED THE LINE FOR NON-PAYMENT OF BILL AND NOW THEY ARE CALLING TO MAKE THE PENDING PAYMENT AND IT WILL BE RECTIFIED. I ASKED THEM WOULD I WANT TO PAY YOU FOR YOUR NONSENSE SERVICE AND MADE ME LOOSE MY MONEY BY GETTING YOUR CONNECTION.
