Harrassment over disconnnection of landline

Please find the list of case numbers I have registered since 17th Dec for cancellation of my ph no: 0120-4257751

Every time I call up on customer care the rental is seized and then I receive a call from retention team, The number is 0120 40621000. The person I have spoken to are Mr. Pankaj and Mr Aditya

I confirm to retention teaqm that I do not want the above mentioned phone line connection. But after a few days the line is reactivated again stating that customer wants to continue the connection.

I have written to customer care also on numerous occasions and everytime I get an assurance that someone will look into the matter..If someone is reading this please take some necessary action.
