Billing Fault

Hi,

we have a telephone provided from airtel and the bill planb on the same number is 1 paisa/second.

however, for the past few months airtel has been over charging us at the rate of 1 rupee/minute for all the calls.

on calling the call centre and complaining about the faulty bill, they refused to acknowledge and even lodge a complaint for the same and said that they don't really care.
