Pathetic service quality

We have a landline from airtel no 01244362301 on which we have telephone connection, broadband and IP TV, we have been facing problems from the time we have got IPTV installed. the service person has changed the modem 3 times and visited us n number of time but the problem with wifi connection still persist, today again there was a problem with wifi and when we contacted the helpline to report the complaint, the helpline assistant Rahul was rude and had no clue what to do??? what kind of helpline service is this that people don't even know how to talk... Would request to kindly look into it and revert asap.
