Cancellation of Fixed line

Dear Sir,

It is to inform you that I have registered a complaint for cancellation of my Airtel Fixedline no.01145567289 on 14th feb. I got an assurance from the company that the fixed line will be cancelled within one week. But till now, the same has not been cancelled. They are unnecessary increasing the bills of the fixedline & continuously calling us daily for payments. We have even accepted to pay all the call charges minus rent as agreed with the service provider, but thay are not coming to cancel the same. we have registered the complaint so many times & even got reference nos but in vain. The customer care people daily gives the assurance that they will send somebody to clear all issues but right now no body has come. It has become a torture to us as every day somebody from cust care calls us for payments & everyday we have to give them explanations of the previous day. its been three months now but we have not got the fixedline cancelled. Pls do the needful at the earliest.
