Dear Sir,
I have been your old customer and we having using airtel for 5 years.
Lately I am highly dis-satisfied with your services. Your mobile and landline.
Off late I requested to cancel my landline services, your customer executives are playing games with me. I have a list of people who have talked with me with date and day. In short there was a person named Prabhu who gave me a request number for cancellation and informed me that my phone (with broadband) will be cancelled in 7 calendar days (on 24th April). Now I am being told that no such request is pending. Your executives are dodging me – I would not like to bother you by quoting all details of conversation and request numbers given by them unless insisted or obligated to do so.
En affect I, hereby, request you to taken stern steps against your erring customer executives for falsely guiding your customers.
I also request you to terminate my landline with broadband services with immediate effect. I shall not be liable to remit any payment or dues beyond 7 days of my request that is 1st May.
I want my services to be cancelled immediately.
