Sir,
I was staying in Dwarka, New Delhi, and got an Airtel Landline/Broadband connection (01145631526) installed at my residence. As I had to shift my residence from Dwarka to Netaji Nagar, New Delhi, I had requested Airtel to disconnect the landline/broadband connection. On 14.11. representative of Airtel disconnected the line and removed the telephone insrument and modem.
Airtel had sent a bill for this telephone for the period 17.11.2009 to 17.12.2009. I have repeatedly explained to them that the connection was disconnected, instrument and modem removed on 14.11.2009 and there is no question of raising a bill for the period 17.11.2009 to 17.12.2009. But Airtel representatives continue to call me on my mobile for making payment.
I request your help in the matter.
