Details of in coming calls

Dear sir, I am a post paid customer of airtel for past several years and paid thousands of rupees as a consumer. In Nov. 2007 some body stole my purse from my car in Fatehgunj Baorda Gujarat. FIR was lodged and have been requesting the airtel company to give me the details of incoming calls as I need to trace the person who has taken Rs. 2 lacs from me and has disappeared. My papers and the proof of giving him the money was in my purse was also stolen. I was getting calls from him on my mobile, and was stolen too. I had sent a notice through one lawyer and he says he has misplaced the copy of the notice, which was returned saying the person does not live here. My lawyer once went to mumbai said that he went to mumbai but now refuses. it seems he has joined the culprit.airtel refuses to give me details am 60 yr. old female
