Disconnection without notice

Dear sir

my airtell mobile (number 9880386270) outgoing called were barred (disconnected) from last one week. when asked for reason it was been told that we have not submitted the id prof. but the fact is that from last 3 years we have submited the id xerox. and 1 month back we had asked for it again and we submitted again without any problem. even after submiting the prof my outgoings are been disconnected. i've given again the ID prof two days back still the problem is not been rectifies. when i call the dealer and his manager MR HEERAPPA from HUBLI he replies it'll be done. we have been useing this number from last 8 years.

kindly do the need full as soon as possile
