Unauthorized deduction in prepaid sim card

My name is Pratheep antony raj. I am having a prepaid Airtell sim card.9597251582.I have subscribed for 50Mb free down load scheme in the prepaid scheme. Though down loading 50Mb is free an amount of Rs.160 has been deducted from my balance amount towards the down loading charges. Air tell customer care is not responding properly. They have given an Reference number-CBDCC31231044394.But the customer care is not taking any action to remit the amount to my account.
