Aoto activation of VAD & charges

I am a customer for last 7 years (9892389334) Recently, I got the message from 543212 that the Audio cinema service is active on my number and you have to send "STOP" request for deactivating, On sending this request they are saying that we have have not recd any feedabck in last 5 minutes. The company is cheating the customers now by activating one or other service on their mobiles without any information or acceptance and keep on charging monthly rentals. Even after sending STOP request they still continue to debit our account. I THINK THAT COMPANY IS RECOVERING THE MONEY OF SUBSIDISED RATES DUE TO COMPETITION BY THIS WAY.
