Deactivation of service

I am getting daily SMS from 54321, you have been charges Re. 5 and enjoy full song at re. 1 and another message from 56060 enjoy yur free video today.

I dont know how this service got activated but I tried to deactivate the same and could not succeed, I contacted customer care at 121 and they refused to lodge the complaint saying it is being charged by Airtel live. My interaction njumber with customer care was 728482373.

Kindly direct the service provider for deactivation of service as I dont need it at all.
