With the above subject mentioned i would like to to request u to unsubscribe me the aitel live. in spite of repeated requests nothing has been materialised. i had spoken to one ms. rasika and one of ur executives ms. tanya who had promised me about this . but every monday and thursday i receive this msgs from AD_54321 and stating thanks fro downloading rs. 1655 and charged rs. 10/-. I am fed up with this and the mental harrassement has caused me irritation. i will be moving to the consumer cell if this is not rectified or face damages . i hope u understand the situation and what ever happens leter on u will be responsible for this. i hope u do the needful and oblige.
