Non refund of Security for International Roaming

We had one account with Airtel Limited. Relationship No. of this account is 107-103124980 (Mobile Nos. 9815100397, 9779400397, 9779104059). We had ported this account to Vodafone in October. Now International Roaming Security refund of this account is Rs. 7079.69. We visited Airtel 3B2, Mohali Office and Phase 2, Mohali office several times. They assured us that refund will be received within 60 days and they are giving no response. And by now over 200 days have passed, but no refund has been received till date.
