Not supporting in MNP

Airtel ltd is not supporting in MNP.I have requested for Bills of last 3 month through mail, which i have to submit to Vodafone for MNP. But in-spite of several request through Mail & by giving personal application into their relationship center i have not yet received it. Always they come up with different requisitions and unnecessarily increasing the operational time.

Im a corporate Customer & fedup of the services provided by Airtel, so wish to port all my numbers to Vodafone.
