Charges deduction

Dear Sir,

Airtel is charging Rs.3/- per day as renewal for NOVOSOL_Cricket Daily subscription service from my balance without my consent,

I had already requested the customer care of airtel by my mail dated 04.06. 05.06.2012 & today on 08.06.2012 but problem is not solved as yet.

I want that it should be stopped immediately as I do not require this service.

Kindly stop renewal of daily subscription immediately.
