Dear complaint in charge,

May Lord Sri Krishna bless you and everybody!

I have lost my Lemon double Sims Cell phone on 6th June and I contact with Customer care many times to block my Sims. On 8th I submitted my document along with FIR at Mathura Bharatpur gate, Airtel office to Mr. Mukesh (9897826456).

My cell no. 9897483111, Mr Mukesh kindly has been issued me a duplicate Sim (no.8991971002125835200) but is not being activated till today (22nd June).

I contacted with customer care many times (I was harassed) and finally they blocked my Sims after ten days.

(Mr Mukesh always try to ignored me regarding this matter. He never talked to me, if he finds that I calling to him immediately he keeps his mobile busy or cut the phone.)

Thus, my humble request to your management is to take a necessary step and activate my sim as soon as possible, as it is very important number for me.
