MNP status not updating

Dear Airtel,

This is Ranjith, I have applied MNP Idea (9948332285) prepaid to Airtel Postpaid one month ago, but till the date i didn't get any status on it. Every week i am inquiring with Airtel relationship branch but they are helpless and don't know where is the process

and what to update to the customer on this. I don't know from which side (Airtel or Idea) it is being processed, I surprised bit ashamed for Airtel employee he is in such a situation what to update to the customer for MNP process status.

I don't know is my Applications getting process or not.

Please help me further on this. Thank you!
