My name is asrckiran. iam having airtel 9573922350 as prepaid connection since september. since i am not getting signal in my house i want to change my service provider to idea. ihave applied as per rules for mnp on 25th jan.i not getting any infromation till now. when i went to the idea show room they opened thier system and show their cristal received message as below

"THERE ARE SUBSISTING CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION FROM THE SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT"

my airtel number is not in any of cug . its only my personal number.noone is taking action for my complaint in custmer care centers or at show rooms i want to fight about my right in court of law.
