Collection Executives - Showing hell to me

Hi

My No is 8978199989 and i didnt paid the bill for couple of months and now the collection executive started calling and i said i want to settle the amt

Total amt : 5500

Amt settled : 3500

So i said i ill pay 3500 and they told that i ill get the settle ment letter only after the payment made... on 29th April i made payment and i have receipt wit me now the problem starts.. Next day onwards while i tried to call the executive they are saying invalid or wrong no or saying different name... 2 days back they started harrsing my contacts... which is totally unfair and i m sure its against the TRAI where they don't have rights to access my personal contacts.

I have complained to Nodal department -- Nasima (Name of the person) I did twice but action is nill

Can some on do needful??
