Receive sms and calls from airtle event after registering in DND

Hello Sir,

I registered my airtel mobile no. in DND list on 12 nov but i am getting phone calls and sms from airtel about different services like hello tune and chat services, downloading model pics etc

I complained 3-4 times by calling to Airtle customer care 121 but they are not taking any necessary action and also they are not giving any complain no. or reference no. against my complain, and when i request they told me that you will receive your complain no.by sms but i never receive anything, although receive sms from 876 that are you satisfied with your call or not, after complaing

Now guide me that what i have to do now
