Net connection not activated

I had activated airtel mobile net night plan by making a recharge of rs 89. But it didnt get activated. After calling airtel customer care and following their instructions i found that rs 89 were deducted twice from my account (ie rs. 178) worse was that the service got activated but partialy. I was supposed to get 200 mb during day and 4 gb during night time. 200 mb i got but not the 4 gb for night. I have lodged the complaint with the customer care but to no effect. To my surprise i even got a cal from some mr robert saying that my complaint has been taken care of, which has not been. I am totally frustrated calling customer care repeatedly.
