Connection Closed without any information

Hi,

I was using Airtel mobile - postpaid corporate connection in Bangalore. Due to my transfer, I logged a request for connection transfer to the new city Gurgaon.

These guys promised me to transfer the number after 2 weeks. I logged request on 12th and 14th Jan, 10 (Before that I used to call but of no use). Request numbers are: #30440504 - 14th Jan and #30401197 - 12th Jan.

Despite of two requests, my connection got closed on 19th Jan without any information. I took 1 day to realize that it's connection problem, not phone problem.

I request you to please take strict action against such an irresponsible and freewheeling behavior.
