Wrong charging from account

I got recharged with the value voucher Rs. 9.00 which provides 100 messages daily for 20 days after charging for first message of the day, but after getting recharge my messages are being chared from the main account balance for every message and i called up customer care thrice for which they charged me 50 paise per three minutes costing around Rs. four. they did not solve my complaint and neither they gave my money back and neither redressed the complaint. they just mentally harass customers on customer care calls by keep them waiting and cut the calls from their side. they cut the calls and when we call again they ask for so much details that one gets mentally harassed.
