Subject:- Claim of refund deposit.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken two new sim cards from our satara road office from Miss Sweta. She told me that you will get a bill of Rs.249/- for both the numbers 9096139995 & 9096009995, but when I asked the helpline they told me, that it is for one number, so I reached to the airtel satara road office to Miss Sweta, here lied & said that she didn’t say any thing. On the spot I said to cancel both my numbers, then she said that u have to use atleast until first bill is generated. I went to her the same day when I received the bill, then se said you have to pay both the bill & u will receive the deposit of one thousant by cheque with in 40 to 45 days. But till date I have not received the cheque.
So please return by one thousand rupees by cheque or cash immedietly.
While disconnecting Miss Sweta to me that she will return my refund amount in cheque, there fore I have confirm her twice verbally.
I don’t want my refund amount in recharge form.
As per your telephonic conversation with Miss Sweta on 19th November. She told me to send a mail Miss A.Chivate
now when i went to the airtel office, they told me that Miss Sweta & Mr. Swapnil both left the job, they have taken your money & we cant do any thing. But my saing is that they both were employes of your organication. Bring both of them in front of me. Company says that this who people have given false commitment to me. But they were the employes of your company, so company have to suffer the loss why me. & why the company is giving the loss to the geniune customer
