Deduction of balance by fraudulent way

Dear Concerned,

I have been charged couple of times rupees from by prepaid mobile numer by various fraudulent ways which I brought into the notice of the service provider many a times but even than unable to get a proper response. Few months back I was charged for the jock alleret, which I never activated. Again recently I have been charged for the reason of activating the "bikini babes" which again I never opted for. So, I request the concerned authority to please look into the issue and provide me justice.
