Unwanted services from Airtel and unsolicited deduction of charges

I have a lifetime number of Airtel (9890084270). I have been receiving bollywood updates from Airtel without ever subscribing to it. The charges are first deducted and then a sms is sent saying that the charges have been deducted. Three days ago, I received a sms saying that my bollywood updates would be renewed in three days and that if I wanted to discontinue it, I was to sms STOP to 121. I sent three smses on three consecutive days to 121 and every time inspite of the message getting delivered to customer care, I have received sms saying "We are unable to process your request. Please try later.' Today, I have received a sms from 54321 saying "You have been renewed for Bolly subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10." This has been going on for a long time and I have always been contacting customer care for stopping such services, but to no avail.
Also, a few days ago, after a call at about 8pm in the evening, my balance was Rs. 140. The next day morning it was Rs.90. I, very clearly remember that no calls were made after the 8pm call. Then why the deduction?
Because of my lifetime number, I am paying Rs.1 for even a 30 seconds call. Why should I be paying for services to which I have not subscribed?
This has been going on for quite some time now. Please look into the matter.
