Forced charges

I hold an AIRTEL mobile number. Very often once a week Airtel charges me for unwanted and non requested services like ring tone and what not. I have called them several times (It takes more than 2 hours to contact a customer service!!! sometimes the whole day) to leave me alone, but to no avail. After a month they do the same,

Can you suggest me how to go about it to stop this rip off by Airtel. Are they allowed to force charge you for services which you have not asked for. Please suggest.
