Unnecessary amount deduction

Today, I received a sevice message from 543211 to my mobile no:9880222376 deduction of Rs.45 for 'hello tune' activation from Airtel. I enquired in customer care and they said that we activated the service.then immedietly I sent a massage to deactivate the hello tune service. In reply I got the sevice massage stating that ;Hello tune service is deactivated. But, the deducted ammount Rs 45/- is not credited to my balance account. please help me in restoring my balance ammount
