To deactivate unwanted services & stop deducting money

My airtelmobile no.is 9987800891, without my knowledge airtel talkies service is deducting Rs.30 per month &airtellive is deducting Rs.10 for celegossip every week. I want all these services deactivated immediately. I have sent sms but with no effect. I have also spoken to the customer care service but there is no result so far. If my complaint is not attended to at the earliest, i will have to take strict action.
