Not getting incoming call and messages

My name is mohd saquib ali and

my mobile no. is 9903881862 and i am not able to get any incoming call and messages on my no. from 2 days, at present i am in roaming and its very necessary for me to have incoming call, out going call is working fine.

please solve my problem as soon as possible
