NOT TAKING OF DOCUMENTS

Today I received a call from airtel centre from their tel no. 912067256000 asking me my details & to provide duplicate identification for my prepaid mobile number.

I approached the airtel shop situated on M.G.Road Pune, where they refused to accept a copy of my driving licence & even my pan card.

I want to put on record that because of their inefficiency & denial of accepting My Documents, if my mobile no is disconnected by them Then The Airtel should be held responsible & damages should be charged to them.
