Call Details

I require incoming calls and sms details for my airtel cell phone. Airtel call center and officials says they cannot provide.

Since I require details of usage for my phone, I think I have the right to ask and airtel as service provider needs to provide me the details. They cannot deny my right to ask for this information.

When I am roaming and since incoming is chargable they are providing the details so they should also provide the details of incoming when it is not charged also (can be on request)

I am trying for this from the past 1-2 years now.

Kindly help me in getting the details for the past 1 year atleast.
