Marketing messages and calls alerts automatically activated by the provide

After various phone calls to customer care regarding marketing calls and messages on my number - 9867698082 is activated without any request and attempt by myside. After they the services they start deducting money from my balance in the mobile, as this number is used by my mother she does not even know to write message or read. Hence mobile is used for only calls purpose to remain in contact.

When to call customer care they say that this particular was activate by an IVR call made them hence no idea that why they have to call as it is used for personal use. Following they donot credit the amount that which is not even requested by us.
