To stop unwanted sms

Many times airtel is deducting rs.30 or rs.60 from my account for sending sms (which are not of my concern). so pls help me in stopping this. my no. is 9937771394. it is also too difficult to contact ur customer care unit. also the aritel c.care executives are unable to clarify the fact.
