Unwanted activation of schemes and offers

Respected Sir,

Airtel mobile has activated unwanted schemes and offers on my number 9996952369 and charged my balance.

I have complained many times on their customer care but no one is listining to my comlaint. They have done this many time but still no responce.

Sir please help me.
